The retreat is designed for great energy & spirited women also aspiring and established entrepreneurs who own or operate a business. Women representing all industries and business entity types are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to participate. Acceptance is based on alignment with the retreat's vision and the desire to cultivate an intimate, supportive community of women committed to growth, connection, and success.

Don't have someone to attend with? No problem! You may register as an individual, and we will thoughtfully pair you with another compatible solo retreat attendee.

If you wish to pay in full immediately to secure your space, payment instructions will be provided upon approval.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The complete cancellation and refund policy will be provided with your official registration packet after your application has been approved.

Please note the following:

Deposits are non-refundable.
Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation.
If a scheduled payment is missed, you will be contacted.
If payment cannot be secured, your reservation may be released to an individual on the waiting list.
Refund requests for amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit will be handled according to the official cancellation schedule provided upon registration.

Important Deadline
No refund requests will be honored after December 1, 2026.

By this date, retreat vendors, excursions, transportation, and event experiences will have been contracted and paid.

Replacement Policy
If you or we are able to find an approved replacement attendee between:

December 1, 2026
and
December 30, 2026

and the replacement pays all required fees due at that time,

you may receive a refund of 25% of the amount paid above the non-refundable deposit, subject to the official cancellation policy.

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Trip Insurance
Information regarding optional third-party travel insurance will be provided to attendees who wish to insure the resort portion of their retreat investment.

Reserving Your Space
Your space is NOT reserved until:

Your application has been approved, and
Your deposit or full payment has been received.

Exclusive Marketing Opportunity
Attendees who have paid their registration fee in full by the required deadline will have the opportunity to have their business logo featured on select retreat marketing materials and social media promotions.
