The Hampton Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is pleased to offer six $2,000 scholarships for 2026 to graduating seniors from the four public high schools in the city of Hampton.
Eligibility Requirements are as follows:
- Female graduates of Black/African American descent from one of the four public high schools in Hampton
- Graduate with the Class of 2026
- Must plan to enroll in a College/University in the fall of 2026
- Grade Point Average 2.8 and above (Official Transcript Required)
- Be in good standing with the school division regarding behavior, conduct, and discipline
Attached, you will find the six-part application with clear instructions for each part. Please be sure the scholarship application and package are complete and typed with the stated required documentation and submitted by the deadline in order to be considered for the scholarship.
The Profile Sheet will be used to create a mini biography that will appear in our souvenir journal. Please provide a detailed paragraph for the Profile Sheet, including your name, high school, college information (school and major), achievements, and a personal quote that inspires you. Please include a wallet‑size (2×3) professional headshot. Graduation photos are encouraged, and the image will be featured in our journal highlighting all scholarship recipients. (Please note photos will NOT be returned, and photocopies are not acceptable.)
