    Use this form to request to be invested in your church or Conference event. We have a special PIN if you are invested during Master Guide Camporee.

  • The Master Guide candidate must do the following:
    a. Present completed portfolio to the club Director for recommendation of Investiture.
    b. Receive church board recommendation from the Pastor or First Elder
    c. Receive approval from the Area Coordinator.
    d. Provide Investiture material, MG slide, MG scarf and MG pin.

  • IMPORTANT

    1. Print the form and have the club Director, church Pastor/First Elder and Area Coordinator sign the form.

    2. Submit the form for review and to be added to the Master Guides database.

  • DIRECTOR RECOMMENDATION

    The Master Guide candidate has completed the investiture requirements for the Master Guide Program.

  • CHURCH BOARD RECOMMENDATION

    The Master Guide candidate has been recommended by the church board for investiture into the Master Guide Program.

  • AREA COORDINATOR RECOMMENDATION

    The Master Guide candidate has completed the investiture requirements for the Master Guide Program.
