Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria and provide the following documentation:

*Demonstrate Financial need

*Acceptance to Florida A&M University for Fall 2022 (Graduating High School Senior)

*Enrolled in a public, private, or charter high school in Polk County, Florida

*Unweighted grade point average of 3.0 or above

*Upload High School Transcript

*Upload Electronic Student Aid Report (SAR) from FAFSA showing the EFC (Expected Family Contribution)
