When you join our annual pass program, the annual pass price includes 50% off our most popular services & 25% off Sugaring & Facials at Sunless Beauty and 50% off our SB branded full size products. Sign up anytime during the year. No refunds on the annual pass fee. There are no makegood weeks or pause weeks should the store close for any reason or if the client moves or leaves the area for any reason. Automatic annual renewal unless you cancel. Written cancellation is required.

WHAT IT INCLUDES:
Services offered at 50% include: Spray Tans, Eyelash Lift, Eyelash Extensions, Brow Lamination, Bar Teeth Whitening.

Services offered at 25% include: Sugaring & Facials.

$20 OFF GUEST PASS: Book or bring someone with you during your visit and they will receive $20 off any regular priced service. Includes: Spray Tan, Eyelash Lift, Eyelash Extensions, Brow Lamination & Teeth Whitening - *Exclused Sugaring. 1 discounted service & guest per visit.

WHAT IT DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Pass does not include discounts on: Spray Tan Upgrades (boosters, powders, double dips, contours) Lash & Brow Upgrades (tint, lip collagen, brow clean up, fills or removals), non SB products, SB product gift sets & boxes, & discounts or packages or promos.

Passes Cannot Be Shared Between Locations. Percentage Discounts on Product may vary due to distribution contracts.
Cancellation & Billing: The pass will begin the date your 1st annual fee is received. It will be automatically charged on the same day each year. Your billing cycle will begin {dateOf} and will be charged for the {signMe}. Pass fees are non-refundable or non-transferable. You may cancel your annual fee for the following year at any point but once the fee is charged there are no refunds. New pass fees may increase annually. Annual rates are not guaranteed. Services and product prices may increase at any point of the year as well.

I {passHolder} agree to the annual pass fees unless I cancel my pass in writing. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. It is customary to tip your artist as this is a beauty service.

Passes may not be shared between locations or transferred to new owners or shared amongst friends or family members. Should this occur there will be automatic termination of pass privileges.

Automatic Credit Card Authorization & Disputes: I agree to all terms of the pass agreement. I understand that pass fees paid for are non-refundable or transferable. If I choose to dispute the recurring annual fee without first attempting to cancel the contract in writing, I acknowledge and agree to a $30 fee, which will be charged to my account and paid using the card provided or invoiced to me. This fee shall be paid in full prior to receiving any future services with Sunless Beauty.*

CANCELATION/DISPUTE/REFUND/POLICY: strictly enforced: We have a strict 24 hours change cancel policy on our scheduled appointments and our cancellation fees still apply for Pass Holders according to service reserved and the fee will be automatically charged for no shows or same day cancellation/reschedules to the credit card put on this account contract above.
