    This application is for students who have been registered at the University for 2022 and have received a positive placement confirmation from Residential Services. Students must be fully vaccinated as per the 'INTERIM COVID-19 VACCINATION POLICY FOR UWC' - https://www.uwc.ac.za/news-and-announcements/covid-19-portal/interim-covid-19-vaccination-policy.

  • THIS APPLICATION IS NOT FOR STUDENTS WHO WISH TO APPLY FOR RESIDENCE PLACEMENT OR WHO WISH TO APPEAL A DECISION FOR RESIDENCE PLACEMENT

  • Only students who are registered, received a residence placement confirmation and fully vaccinated or who have applied for an exemption (and been granted it) may apply for a permit to access residence.

    This application is NOT for students wishing to apply for residence placement.

    This application is NOT for students wishing to appeal a placement outcome.

    This application is NOT for students wanting general access to campus.
