Club Permit Renewal 

Victorian Members Only

The Renewal Form sent by VicRoads needs to be signed by one of two methods.

1.     Send the signed (by applicant) form to:
                  Secretary
                  CCOCA
                  PO Box 52
                  Balwyn
                  3013
         
            s  Please do the right thing and enclose a stamped addressed return   envelope.                  
               (This method can be time consuming, allow up to a month)

2.     Get the form signed at a Club meeting or Event by an authorised Club                                           person. Secretary/President

   

Payment is made at VicRoads or online if one has a  myVicRoads account. If paying online you will be requested to upload the completed form. See  Screen shot below:
