Rental Terms & Conditions:

After submitting a completed booking form to secure your booking, there is a security deposit of 50% of your booking price. (Unless you are booking a service that is running under a "Special" than a Full Payment is required.) The deposit is non-refundable however, it is eligible for one free date change up to 24hrs before your scheduled booking should there be an emergency cancellation. The remaining balance of your booking price will be due 48 hrs prior to your booking date. A payment form will be sent out for agreement and completion for your booking.

1. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol inside the vehicle. Violations will result in immediate termination of service with NO refund.

2. NO SMOKING inside the vehicle. Violations will result in a $500 fine per incident.

3. To ensure safety amongst our patrons and employees, please remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.

4. Any tolls or parking fees are in addition to the contract price and must be paid separately, via: zelle, paypal, venmo, apple/google pay, square or cash.

5. There will be a $300 fee cleaning surcharge for vomit incidents that waste inside the vehicle damaging property. Along with any excessive cleaning at the discretion of Party Bus Live, LLC.

6. Anyone who is unruly, disruptive or conducts illegal activities, will be removed from the vehicle at the discretion of the driver and NO refunds will be issued.

7. Party Bus Live, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.

8. NO illegal drug usage. Any violation will result in early termination with NO refund.

9. OVERTIME WILL BE BILLED IN 1 HOUR INCREMENTS.
By agreeing to the services provided by Party Bus Live, LLC, the customer(s) is agreeing to pay for overtime accrued, via: zelle, paypal, venmo, apple/google pay, square or cash.

10. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due in order to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 48hrs prior to your Party Bus Live booking date.
