PLEASE NOTE - Processing time for most items is 21 -30 BUSINESS DAYS (M-F) (approx 4 weeks) During busy times/ holidays, orders may take slightly longer. Please understand that delays do occur due to vendor supply issues as well as simple human error. By signing below, you understand that this is a handmade, custom product, and therefore may contain some slight imperfections (as with any handmade product). Cup may have some small dimples or bumps. This is unavoidable. I am not Amazon, nor are my tumblers sublimation. All work is done by hand. All tumblers will NOT be shipped / picked up for a minimum of 72 hours after the final coat is applied. This is to ensure the epoxy is properly cured and avoid damage to the tumbler. Due to trademark infringement, we are unable to make items with major league sports teams, exact product logos or other copywrite logos or trademarks images or characters (this includes licensed TV/cartoon/movie characters). Any item that contains a logo of a company or school must obtain written permission from the establishment to use that image. We will perform this service for you but please understand that most major schools and companies have a licensing fee to use their logo.
