Balloon Festival Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Hot Air Balloon Management. Please read the following carefully:Volunteer Role & AssignmentAs a volunteer, you will be assigned to assist independent balloon pilots, not Hot Air Balloon Management. You will be volunteering directly under the supervision and direction of these independent pilots, and any duties or tasks you perform are at their request.  You are not volunteering for or employed by Hot Air Balloon Management.Independent Relationship DisclosureBalloon pilots are not employees or representatives of Hot Air Balloon Management. They operate independently and are solely responsible for the actions, safety, and coordination of their balloon and crew. Hot Air Balloon Management does not control, manage, or direct the operations of any balloon pilot.Volunteer Status AcknowledgmentYou acknowledge that your participation is strictly voluntary. You will receive no compensation, wages, benefits, or employee status of any kind. You are not an employee, agent, or contractor of Hot Air Balloon Management or any affiliated entities.
