U8 - U10s SSF - Team Formation Sheet 2024

2026 SSF Team Formation sheets will only be accepted with the minimum required number of players. SUFC reserves the right to add players to teams.

Under 8, 9 and 10 teams are registered as a colour. Available colours can be viewed in the dropdown menu.

ALL PLAYERS must be registered.

Unregistered players are not reserved a spot in any team until registration is finalised.

Coaching and Managing appointments are subject to approval by the SUFC Committees.

A minimum of 8 players is required to submit this form, please add SPARE in Player 9 and 10 slots, and the club will allocate additional players to fill the team up to 10 players (max).

- FOR U10 TEAMS ONLY -

A minimum of 10 players is required to submit this form, please add SPARE in Player 11 and 12 slots, and the club will allocate additional players to fill the team up to 12 players (max).

Team representatives completing this form are responsible for ensuring that the minimum number of Registered players ONLY are recorded in this form.

Sheets submitted with less than the minimum number of players will not be accepted as a team and players may be redistributed to fill other teams. Unregistered players on this list may miss out all together.
