  • Please note all information is private and will not be shared with anyone. By filling this form out, doesn't automatically get you a spot with Brett but will do everything possible to get you starting with him ASAP.

    Please note Brett only offers Face to Face training at Anytime Fitness Diamond Creek 3089, (Online Coaching is available, please fill Online Coaching Form). Face to Face sessions can either be 1:1 or 2:1 sessions.

    Please understand Brett doesn't sell any bullshit 8/10/12 week challenge programs, Brett educates you for long, sustainable and healthy relationships with your body and nutrition.

    All Clients receive individulised gym programs to follow throughout your training blocks based on your goals.
    Please note there is a once off payment for programs at the start of your training block with Brett, all programs are $20 each, so if you need 3 different programs per week it's $60.
    4 programs = $80
    5 programs = $100.

    All Payment details will be sent to you via email once I've confirmed all your details with you, gym goals and what suits your lifestyle.

  • Do you understand Brett doesn't offer any meal plans for his clients? Brett follows the Australian eating guidelines when helping clients with their nutrition. Brett can refer you on to a qualified Dietitan or Nutritonist, this is an external payment.
  • Pre-Exercising Screening

    If you answer YES, to any of the following questions. Brett will send you off to your doctor to get a Medical Clearance before starting any training session with him.

  • Has your doctor ever told you have a heart condition or have suffered a stroke?
  • Do you ever experience unexplained pains in your chest at rest or during physical activity?
  • Do you ever feel faint or have spells of dizziness during physical activity/exercise that causes you to lose balance?
  • Have you had an asthma attack requiring immediate medical attention at any time over the last 12 months?
  • If you have diabetes (Type 1 or 2) have you had trouble controlling your blood glucose in the last 3 months?
  • Do you have any diagnosed muscle, bone or joint problems that you have been told it could be made worse by participating in physical activity/exercise?
  • Do you have any other medical conditions that may make it dangerous for you to participate in physical activity/exercise?
  • Should be Empty:
