2023-2024 Hanover Church Preschool Registration Form
A non-refundable deposit (registration fee AND September tuition) must be paid and mailed into the church or dropped of during school hours for your registration to be considered complete. Please pay this fee in the form of check or money order payable to Hanover Church Preschool.

$35 Registration fee plus

$80 September tuition for Preschool or

$115 September tuition for Pre-K.

If more than one child from the same immediate family is registered for the year, only a single registration fee is required, but the first month’s tuition must be paid for each child at the time of registration.
Class Applying For:

Preschool (T&TH) Must be 3 years old by Sept. 1 (9am-11:15am) ($80/month)Pre-K (M,W,F) 4 year old class (9am-12) ($115/month)
Note: Some children who turn 3 during the summer may not be ready to attend Preschool. HCP can provide guidance to assist in making decisions.

COVID 19/Infectious Disease Health and Safety Plan Acknowledgement and Release Form
I agree to send my child to the Preschool for the 2021-2022 school year. I have read and understand the Hanover Church Preschool COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan (H&S Plan) referenced below and recognize and accept the risks to my child and family members regarding the potential for infection from COVID-19 or other infectious diseases.

I recognize that effective January 17, 2022, the length of quarantine and plans for keeping the school open have been revised (paragraphs 20, 21, 22) when a Teacher, Aide, or student contracts Covid-19 or is in close contact (e.g., living with) someone who is diagnosed with Covid-19.

I also recognize that Hanover Church Preschool provides a remote training option for my child through Google Classroom should I wish to use it instead of in-person classes.

By signing the Acknowledgement and Release below, I support the policies and waive any and all claims against Hanover Church Preschool, Hanover Presbyterian Church, its staff and its members should our child or family be exposed to, or contract COVID-19 or other infectious diseases from activities at the Preschool.

Facebook and Bulletin Board Authorization

HCP maintains a private/Preschool-only Facebook page (paragraph 14.3 of the Handbook), and bulletin board (paragraph 14.4 of the Handbook Children's names are NOT associated with any photos on the Facebook page, but his/her first name MAY be shown on photos posted to the bulletin board in the classroom.

Pre-K Pal Program Authorization
HPC has Pre-K Pal program as described in paragraph 14.5 of the Handbook for children in the Pre-K class. A church member or family becomes the child's "pal" for the year, praying for the child, offering words of encouragement, or small gifts. The child's first name, photo and "about me" information is placed on a poster in Fellowship hall together with a photo and name of the "Pre-K Pal" from the church.Do you want our child to participate in the Pre-K Pal program? Remind App Authorization
HCP uses a "Remind App" to contact each person through their cell phone for routine correspondence and emergencies, such as unanticipated school closings. Even though snow closings follow the South Side schedule, the App will be used to confirm that school is closed. Also, if the teacher has a special project planned, a special guest speaker is visiting, or needs to provide timely notifications regarding an issue, the App will be used.
