General terms and conditions for successful applicants:
1- The Applicant accepted irrevocably all the conditions of the offer mentioned in the “Acknowledgement Letter” to study the TRC Dual PROGRAM in Kursk State Medical University (KSMU) with the additional BSMPH PACKAGE sent by the Representative.( if offered a seat)
2- The Applicant understands that he cannot opt-out of any part of the package or request any reduction of price if he does not wish to follow or do not pass any of the TRC Program.
3- The Representative is to provide the Student a study seat in the TRC program in KSMU if the Student fulfills all requirements imposed by the administration of KSMU and this form.
4- The Representative is to provide the student if needed and He/She fulfills all requirements to obtain a pre-Clinical program in Health Business Studies prestart of the medical course and BSMPH package upon Graduation.
5- The Applicant understands that to get his/her visa invitation, he/she should follow the instruction mentioned in the acknowledgment letter.
6- The Applicant accepts and should not contest the fact that his offer is personal, and all financial details mentioned in the “Acknowledgement Letter” may differ for different applicants for reasons that the Representative deems appropriate, such as additional entry intake, academic year, other citizenship, etc. and the Representative has the complete discretion regarding it.
7- The Applicant that chooses the preparatory courses should also select the faculty that he/she wish to continue into.
8- If failure to obtain a KSMU Student visa from the Russian Embassy, the Applicant will receive a refund of the advance payment.
9- Suppose the Applicant fails to get admission to the faculty mentioned on page No.2 and leaves the Russian federation with KSMU one-way student visa. In that case, he/she will get a refund of the tuition fee and accommodation charges that were made as advance payment.
10- The Student is informed that on the second day of his/her arrival to Russia, he/she must hand over all the necessary documents (which are listed in the university offer letter) to the Administration of International Relations to complete his/her admission process to the University.
11- The Student understands that in case of failure to provide all the necessary documents, the Student must deal with this problem individually with the KSMU administration.
12- If a student is directed to follow the premedical courses, He/She should transfer the payment of the premedical courses according to the acknowledgment letter.
13- The Representative directs the Student to KSMU to realize training in the faculty mentioned on page No.2.
14- The Representative will guide the Student to complete his/her admission.
15- The Representative is not to be held responsible for any false document provided by the Student.
16- The Student is offered a Public/Private hostel-type accommodation in either the two or three-seater rooms depends on the availability upon his/her arrival to KSMU.
17- The Applicant undertakes that if he/she prematurely terminates his studies at KSMU and/or this Contract, the Student shall not apply for a position of Study at KSMU without the prior written approval of the Representative.
18- If the Applicant breaches the undertaking in Clause 17 above, the Applicant shall be liable to pay damages to the Representative equal to 2 years’ full fees relating to the Course of Study that the Student commences in breach of Clause 16.
19- This Clause 17 shall survive the termination of the contractual agreement. It shall apply for two years from the date of termination of the Student’s initial period of Study or the Date of termination of this Contractual agreement (whichever is later).
20- The Accommodation charges are covered according to the academic year and not on a monthly basis.
21- If The Student is expelled or decides to terminate his/her Study, he/she is eligible for the tuition fee and accommodation charges refund of the upcoming semester only (if prepaid), and the refund process will start only when the Student has left the territory of the Russian federation.
22- While accommodation is included at no extra charge in the tuition package, If The Student decides to forfeit the provided accommodation, he/she should be eligible, as mentioned in the acknowledgment letter, for an accommodation refund of the upcoming semester only (if prepaid). This refund only applies if he/she completed all the protocols of moving out of the accommodation before the forthcoming semester started.
23- The Student is to transfer the annual TRC package payments only to TRC EDU Limited or its representative bank account for including indemnification of training including accommodation charges before the beginning of each academic year and failure to do so he/she will not get the permission slip to attend classes and this may lead to the expulsion from the KSMU and the BS/MPH program.
24- Suppose the University directs a student to repeat any academic semester or an academic year. In that case, the Student must pay the relevant charges to TRC EDU Limited or its Representative as any other academic year before the repeating session starts.
25- TRC EDU Limited shall not be held responsible or liable to Students that travel with or without permission within any part of the Russian Federation or visit other countries, including the Student’s homeland, during the academic period at the Kursk State Medical University.
26- TRC EDU Limited is to request a visa invitation from the university on behalf of the student if the student fulfills all requirements imposed by the University and this sheet.
27- TRC EDU Limited is to inform the University that the student has fulfilled his/her semester or yearly payment as soon as the full payments reach the bank account.
28- The Student is to take full responsibility to provide TRC EDU Limited with a valid travel document and genuine study documents needed to request a visa invitation from Kursk State Medical University.
29- Study materials are available in the library of KSMU and are not always available to borrow out of the library.
30- The Student is to abide at his/her full responsibility with Russian Federation laws and KSMU and BS/MPH partners rules and regulations.
31- The Student admits that if he/she is expelled from Kursk State Medical University and/or the BS/MPH due to academic failure or misbehavior or for any other reason, he/she cannot request from TRC EDU Limited any refund.
32- The Student understands that the only way to pay the tuition fee and accommodation fee is to be made through TRC EDU Limited or its Representative’s bank account.
33- Refund for any payment is subject to be transfer to the Student, parent, or sponsor’s bank account only by TRC EDU Limited.
34- All financial matters such as payments and refunds should be discussed with TRC EDU Limited through the Representative email.
35- DUE TO AML REGULATIONS, YOU SHOULD PAY YOUR FEES FROM YOUR ACCOUNT OR DIRECT PARENTS ACCOUNTS IF YOU USE OTHER MEMBERS OF YOUR FAMILY OR SPONSOR ACCOUNT, YOU NEED TO SUPPLY US WITH A FULL KYC OF THE PERSON DOING THE TRANSFER.
36- The only payment made directly to the University’s bank account is if the Student caused any damage, penalties, or extra classes that he/she requests.
37- Limited medical insurance is provided by the Representative, which is valid for Kursk city. (Life Insurance not included).
38- TRC EDU Limited may arrange transportation (Moscow-Kursk-Moscow) at a cost upon the student request or as mentioned in the Acknowledgement letter
39- The Applicant is aware that provided information by the applicants, including personal details filled in the Enrolment Form or any other documents or emails or web forms, are for the need-to-know basis and to access and facilitate the applicant admission to Kursk State Medical University and the BS/MPH Program can be used for this purpose by subcontractors or agents of Kursk State Medical University or/and the BS/MPH Program or/and TRC EDU Limited and its subcontractors.
40- Any conflict regarding these terms and conditions should be solved in a friendly manner.
41- The Student agreed that TRC EDU Limited origin country laws and courts are the only judiciary power that can resolve any disputed matters regarding these terms and conditions if a friendly solution is not found for any conflict.
42- These terms are valid for the whole period of the student studies at KSMU and/or the BS/MPH.
43- Applicants should arrive in Russia with a visa validity period of not less than 40 days. Failure to do so, the Applicant will have to embark from Russia and wait for a new invitation.
44- If requested by TRC EDU Limited, upon admission, the Student must sign the three parties’ Contract with the Representative and the University.

THIS ENROLLMENT contains Stand-alone and/or ADDITIONAL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT SIGNED BY THE APPLICANT AND TRC EDU Limited.
Forms must be signed by the Applicant personally. Unsigned forms will not be processed.
