By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email/text with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote.
Once an appointment has been decided on I understand all new color appointments may require NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to secure my appointment. New Extension appointments will require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of 50% of the cost of hair purchased. Deposits will go towards service booked.
Your appointment in salon will begin with a consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 3-4 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait longee.
I understand that the salon has a 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice or no show, I may forfeit my non-refundable deposit. By clicking the submit button below, I agree to these terms.
Late to Appointment
All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period, after which it may be necessary to reschedule.
Failure to communicate with the salon will result in a "no show".
No Shows
An appointment is considered a no show if:
You do not show up for a scheduled appointment and have not communicated with me to cancel/reschedule.
You cancel an appointment less than 24 hours or the same day as the appointment.
No shows may result in forfeit of deposit or from making future appointments.
Waiting List
I am always accepting new guests, however should your preferred appointment be unavailable you may be placed on my waitlist. All waitlist guests will be contacted in order, appointments are first come first serve.
Retail
I stand behind all retail recommendations and want you to love your new products. However if you find a retail product just isn't for you, it may be returned to the salon within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.*
*Excludes Goldie Locks purchased online.
*All sales of hand-tied wefts for the use of extensions are non-refundable.
Re-do
I want you to love and feel confident in your new hair. We will discuss your goals and what is achievable during your consultation. However if for some reason there is something that doesn't seem right I ask that you reach out to me within 5 days from your appointment. We will discuss any issues you are having and our options
