2023 BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKING FORM
To book your birthday party, please start by completing this form. A member of our team will contact you within 48 hours to review details and confirm your booking.

A $100 deposit is required. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable with less than 30 days notice.

Final numbers and payment are required 1 week before your party. Taxes and service charge, will be applied to final bill.

Party packages include Zoo admission for the entire party. Food and beverage is included for all children. Coffee, Pop and water is included for adult guests.

- OPTIONAL ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS ($75 + taxes)
  
  Zoo staff will provide you and your guests with a unique 15 - 20 minute meet-and-greet encounter with one of the Zoo's ambassador animals. Animal encounters are subject to availability and require at least two weeks' notice.
  
  Your animal encounter will start promptly at the scheduled start of your party. A Tundra Grill Party Host will meet your group at the Zoo entrance 30 minutes before your party starts and walk your group to your animal encounter 15 minutes before it begins. After your animal encounter, your party host will bring you to the Tundra Grill and your Party Room.
  
  * Animal Encounters are only available on:
  - Sundays at 11:00 - 1:00
  - Sundays at 1:00 - 3:00
- If you choose, a volunteer greeter can be assigned to your group. They will:
  - meet you at the Zoo Entrance 30 minutes prior to your party start time
  - have a wagon available to help you transport cake and presents
  - guide your group to Tundra Grill 20 minutes prior to your party start time
