RMA Instructions
To request an RMA# please fill out the form below making sure to include an email address.
You will receive an RMA# within 72 hours of your RMA request. If you have not received an RMA# within that time, please contact us at 516-239-0042 to ensure that the RMA request was received.
When the RMA request is received:
- A technician will review the RMA request.
- If the issue can be fixed over the phone, or if more information is needed regarding the issue, a technical representative will call you.
- Once an RMA # is generated, follow the instructions on how to return the product to Magnacoustics, Inc.
Once an RMA# is received, please:
- Place your item in the packaging and secure.
- The RMA# must be clearly written on the shipment.
- Instruction will be provided of how to Print the label. It’s the customer' responsibility to ship the product back to Magnacoustics, Inc. at the address below:

Loaner/ replacement Unit
- If an advance replacement is required, Magnacoustics, Inc. must have a new purchase order and/or payment to release the replacement product.
- If an advance replacement is requested, the customer agrees to pay for ALL shipping and handling costs of the replacement item.
