    Short answers…

  • Very Important Terms & Conditions: Our dogs come from Rescue situations. Often times being abandoned, neglected or abused by their original owners. After initial rescue, the dog likely was temporarily cared for by foster families. Locating to another home can cause stress and uncertainty for the dog. When you welcome the new dog into your home, it will need time to decompress and may take at least one month and up to three months to adjust to their permanent environment. Rescue Texas and all affilates will not be held liable for any damage to humans or property. Rescue Texas may make periodic visits to the dog being adopted from this application to assess proper care and living environment.
