Once the consultation is completed & we have discussed all the details for your chosen event the booking process is next. You will receive an invoice from the Chef in your email. There is a non-refundable deposit of half of the total price that is due. The rest of your balance is due within two weeks before your an event.
The only way to reserve a date is with a deposit. If you live more than 15 miles out of my area there will be travel fees. If your out of state, there will be flight, car rental, airbnb/hotel fees. The kitchen should have enough space, & should be clean upon arrival. There should be more than enough room for my equipment & for me to set up all the dishes.
Only the number amount of people agreed on in the consultation should be present for the event. No last minute changes after the final deposit is paid. The prices listed are estimates & the final price will be calculated during the consultation.
