    We need some information about your products before they can be sold at QVWC SHOP. Any information provided incorrectly will need to be resubmitted. If you have any questions, please contact QVWC SHOP team at shop@qvwc.org.au

  • Production Information List

    This list will need to be completed for each new product you intend to stock at QVWC SHOP.

  • Please download & complete the 'Product Information List' spreadsheet for each new product you intend to stock at QVWC SHOP. 

    This list includes basic information about your products like name and price, as well as additional information used to describe and sell your products on our online store.

    NOTE:  This file is 'Read Only'. You will need to download a copy and save with your own product information, and then upload the completed file below as an Excel file (.xls).

    We cannot accept spreadsheets in Mac Numbers format (.numbers)

  • NOTE: If you sell your products online via your own Shopify website it may be possible to export your product information directly from your website ready to be imported into our QVWC SHOP Shopify Website.

  • Product Images

  • Please supply at least one SQUARE image of each product for our online store. 

    • Multiple images that show different angles or features of the product will help to sell your work online. A combination of images that show your product on a clean background as well as some styled images will do the best job of selling online. 

    • If you have extra images that we can use for marketing (eg. on socials) please upload these as well. Additional marketing images do not need to be square and will be cropped depending on where they are being used (eg. Vertical crop for Instagram reels)

    • Please privide images in JPG, PNG, HEIC or GIF format. Min size 800x800px. Max Size 2048x2048px. 

    • A seperate image is required for each colour or varient

    • Please label images clearly with Brand Name_Product Title_Colour
