Couple of things you should know before you start.
I'm a certified (aka self proclaimed) bad bitch, so shadow work, healing & building emotional intelligence is how we roll around here so just a pre-warning it won't be all love & light but it will light you the fuck up.
I am not afraid to call your higher self forward & reflect your blind spots BUT I will do so in the most loving & nurturing space, where shame & judgement is released.
This form is to see if we VIBE on a coach/client level. Which mean I need you to be as open & transparent through this whole process to fully see & hear you. Know it's a safe space & these forms are kept confidential.
My style of coaching/mentorship:
Is nurturing, yet expansive.
I want to build relationships with you in all of your humanness, not create relationships where you’re too afraid to bring the humaness in.
I won’t let you stay stuck in your shit, I will reflect things to you honestly - even when it’s not what you want to hear. But it is never a container of constantly telling you what you’re doing “wrong”.
I am very analytical & great at reading your language & patterns - this means, at times, I can see blindspots from a mile away.
But sometimes not everything is a blindspot, or a shadow.
Sometimes you just need reassurance.
Sometimes you just need a safe space.
Your perspectives will shift when you work with me. You’ll begin to understand yourself on a much deeper level. You’ll naturally want MORE for yourself.
You’ll be able to tap into your true authenticity & turn the things you’ve shamed within yourself, into your biggest superpowers.
But I will expect you to be self led. I won’t chase you, I won’t be holding you accountable for utilising the container. That is up to you.
But I am always here to help you learn HOW to ultilize it.
I don’t tell you what to do. You know what to do.
I just help you unlock & build trust with the part of yourself that knows.
You stop thinking in black & white - & start thinking in COLOUR.
You’ll unlock your true authenticity & dissolve the parts of you that feel they need to conform.
Ultimately, when you work with me, you’re family. It’s ride or die type vibes. 🔐
