CLAY, TEACHER : ceramic classes w/ dd

I am now offering ceramic workshops in my Kreuzberg studio.

I am offering flexible one-on-one instruction with an hourly fee plus material fees. This style of instruction is guided by the interests of the participants and what they want to get out of their sessions. Whether you are still looking for an introduction to the material and techniques with pre planned projects suggested by me or have a bit of experience and looking for technical support on your own project this option can be tailored to your needs.

Each workshop will be different, starting with an introductory conversation and collaboratively designing the schedule and content of your workshop. Instead of offering a formulaic follow along tutorial, I hope to provide students with the nuanced material knowledge and skill to confidently and intentionally carry out their projects on their own or in a shared studio space after their workshop project is completed.

Material Fees

Below I have broken down the 8 €/ kg Material fee that will be paid when you pick up your piece. This covers the clay itself, the service of bisque firing your piece and both the glazes and under glazes used on the piece and the service of firing that piece to completion.
