Non Refundable Disclousure:

This purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE unless advised by organizer or affiliated companies due to weather, acts of nature or other limited reasons. If for any reason a refund is granted, please allow up to 15 days for processing.

 

Photo and Video Release Wavier:

I hereby grant the releasee permission to use photographs in any of the following: All social media,advertisement, and promotional purposes. 
 

I hereby affirm that such release to the releasee does not constitute any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the photographs, to my benefit.

I understand and agree that photographs in the possession of the releasee shall become the property of the releasee. The use and publication of the photographs however, shall conform to my rights as a subject of said photographs.

I hereby waive my right to inspect of approve the photographs by which my likeness appears.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the  from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I am of legal age. I declare true my age of consent.

 

Damage and Claims Wavier:

Wyves Bye or Black Tulum shall not be liable to guest, or those claiming through or under guests, for injury, death, or property damage caused by acts of nature, for, water, smoke, utility, health conditions, equipment malfunctions, negligence  of any kind or willful misconduct of any other person including self or in attendance of event/venue. Guest shall indemnity Wyves bye and hold it harmless or not accountable for such claims above or damage. Attendee will solely be responsible for any cost associated with damage, neglect, misconduct while attending Wyves Bye / Black Tulum event.
