HOWDS Internship Application

This internship is available for currently enrolled HOWDS Dance Students ages 11 and up!
This internship will specifically focus on assisting HOWDS Teachers with their dance classes on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays evenings. Interns will assist with demonstrating dance skills and techniques to the dancers; as well as guiding the dancer through various exercises during the class and assisting younger students on breaks ages 4-5. Interns are required to serve one class per week, (4 classes for the month in total). Four interns will be selected for 2022 Dance Term, and will alternate weeks of service. Interns will be given an evaluation mid-season, and end of the season. Although this is an unpaid internship, this gives our dancers an opportunity to explore the avenue of teaching and guiding dancers with the potential of pursuing other dance teaching opportunities in the future.
