We do offer a courier collection service for your donated goods. There is a $50 collection fee and collection is only within 30km of Bundoora.
Collections are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 9 am – 12 pm.
Once your booking is confirmed, our team will issue you with a payment invoice and confirm the collection date and pick up timeframe.
We have a detailed list of all the items we can and can’t rehome to families in need. We ask that you please have a look at our Acceptable Donations List before you make a booking. Please do not donate any items that are not cleaned, in proper working condition, or that do not meet Australian Safety Standards.
Please Note: We will only be picking up large items such as Bassinets, Car Seats, Cots, High Chairs, Prams, Baby Baths, and Bouncers.

Please Note: There may be occasions when we have excess stock of a specific item and no storage space to house them; or we have items that we can’t rehome. In this instance, we may offer these items to our sister organisations or choose to sell said items. All funds received from sold items will be re-directed back to Big Group Hug to assist with the purchasing of other much needed items. Our priority, as always, is to ensure that families get all the items they need as quickly as possible. We appreciate your support in helping children and families across Victoria.
