We want to be sure you are as happy with your Barnett Crossbows product as we are. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:

• All returns must be related to our Barnett Crossbows website orders. Barnett Crossbows does not offer return refunds on items purchased outside of Barnett Crossbows websites.
• All returns must be processed within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
• Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
• Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 21 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Barnett Crossbows does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. Barnett does not accept returns on customized product. DO NOT SHIP your product without a return authorization as it will not be refunded and will be refused by our warehouse. Shipping instructions and Return Authorization number will be provided once the return is approved.
