This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Alchemy of Connection LLC (“Company”), represented by Bozena Brzozka (Bibi) as Facilitator, and the undersigned participant (“Participant” or “Client”) for participation in Ladder to Bliss (“Program”). By enrolling, the Participant agrees to the terms below.
1. Program Commitment & responsibilities
1.1. Results depend on the Client’s participation, commitment, and willingness to engage. No specific results are guaranteed by the Facilitator.
1.2. The Program is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice and does not replace professional care.
1.3. Program materials are designed to guide and support, but the Client remains responsible for applying them and creating their own results and wellbeing.
1.4. The Client is fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes. The Facilitator is not liable for any direct or indirect results arising from participation.
1.5. Mentoring supports learning and growth, but choices and implementation remain the Client’s responsibility.
1.6. Mentoring is not therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
1.7. Clients are encouraged to seek qualified professional support when needed and inform relevant professionals about their participation if appropriate.
1.8. Clients agree to communicate honestly, remain open to feedback, and dedicate time and energy to the Program.
2. Services
Bibi commits to delivering 12 modules of Ladder to Bliss content, each including:
• One live 90-minute call (with additional time for Q&A)
• Module workbook
• Guided audio practice
• Guest teacher video practice
Additionally included:
• Three 90-minute Integration Calls
• One 90-minute Graduation Celebration Call
Recordings of live calls will be uploaded to the course portal, accessible to Clients within 24 hours.
The Program also includes 2 or 3 Sacred Circle calls (depending on group size) guided by Bibi’s support coach. These calls are not recorded.
Between sessions, Bibi offers support through comments in the WhatsApp group chat to support progress toward participant goals.
Bibi may choose to offer additional one-on-one support when she sees a need; however, this is not guaranteed, as this is a group program.
3. Confidentiality (NDA)
3.1. All personal information, stories, and experiences shared by any Participant during the Program (including live sessions, group calls, or written communication) are strictly confidential.
3.2. Participant agrees not to disclose, share, or publish any such information about other participants outside the Program without the express written consent of the individual concerned.
3.3. This confidentiality obligation applies during the Program and continues indefinitely after participation ends.
4. No Recording / No Public Sharing
4.1. Participants are not permitted to record, photograph, screenshot, or film any part of the Program (including Zoom calls, breakout rooms, or course materials) unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Facilitator.
4.2. Any unauthorized sharing of Program content (including on social media, press, podcasts, or any public forum) is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Participants may share their personal experiences of the Program, provided they do not disclose or compromise the privacy of other Participants.
5. Use of Course Materials
5.1. The Facilitator records Zoom sessions for the purpose of maintaining records so that people who were not able to attend live do not miss the sessions.
5.2. Such recordings will remain confidential and will not be shared publicly.
5.3. If the Facilitator wishes to use excerpts (audio, video, or testimonials) for promotional or educational purposes, they will request written consent from the Participant beforehand.
6. Participant Privacy
6.1. Participants may use a pseudonym or keep their video/audio off during sessions if desired.
6.2. The Facilitator will take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe, private, and respectful environment for all Participants.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All Program content, practices, frameworks, and written/visual materials remain the intellectual property of the Facilitator.
7.2. Participant may not reproduce, teach, license, publish, transmit, distribute, upload, broadcast, sell, or otherwise transfer any Program content without prior written permission.
8. Liability Waiver
8.1. Participant understands that the Program may involve emotional, physical, or energetic practices. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the Participant’s own risk.
8.2. Facilitator, nor the company, will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Program.
8.3. Participant agrees to seek professional medical or psychological support when necessary.
9. Payment, Late Payment & No-Refund Policy
9.1 Payment Commitment
The Client is responsible for ensuring that payment of the Program fee (or any installment under a payment plan) is completed in full and on time. By enrolling, the Client acknowledges that their payment secures a place in the Program and access to Program content.
9.2 Non-Refundable Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies regardless of whether the Client attends, participates in, or completes the Program. Fees are non-refundable for any sessions, group calls, retreats, bootcamps, or workshops already paid for or missed.
9.3 Disputes & Chargebacks
The Client agrees to handle any payment grievances or disputes directly with the Facilitator’s team at hello@energeticlovemaking.com. The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or report payments as fraudulent to their banking institution, PayPal, Stripe, or the course platform. Doing so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
9.4 Late Payments
If payment of any installment is more than seven (7) days overdue, the Facilitator and the Company reserve the right to:
• Suspend or revoke the Client’s access to the Program (including coaching calls, group calls, and community groups) until all outstanding amounts are settled.
• Terminate participation entirely if payment remains unresolved.
9.5 Cancellations & Force Majeure
The Facilitator and the Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Program elements (including sessions, retreats, workshops, or bootcamps). In cases where cancellation or rescheduling occurs due to force majeure events beyond the Facilitator’s control (e.g., natural disasters, global crises), any monies paid will not be refunded but will remain valid as a credit for up to one year, to be applied toward a rescheduled or future Program, retreat, workshop, or event.
9.6 Termination
Client may terminate this Agreement at any time by issuing a written notice to the Mentor advising of Client’s intention to terminate participation in the Mentorship Program. Please note any termination by Client will not relieve Client of financial obligations. Client will still be responsible for completing all remaining payments in a payment plan, and will not be entitled to a refund for any funds paid to the Company – the Alchemy of Connection.
10. Governing Law
10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
