PSEG Long Island - I Am EM-Powered Program & Student Challenge

Before you begin, please note these five important factors:

- Be ready to submit your School Release Form as part of this PSA Videos submission.

- Please save all files that you are submitting as follows (if there are multiple students on a team, choose one last name): school_teacher last name_student last name

- We are not accepting YouTube, Google links or other links. You must submit an independent file.

- On this form, you may upload 1 video submission per team, up to a total of 3 per submission form. As a reminder, you can submit your three best PSAs for each class you teach. If you teach more than 1 class please fill out another form for each class that you teach.

- Any files that are uploaded will be shared outside of the organization for the purposes of being judged for The I AM EM-Powered Student Challenge.
