Rate Changes effective Feb.23,2022:

There is a one time registration fee of $30 Personal Training/ Group Classes and $20 online classes.

The monthly cost is $125 per month for Group Classes.

$50 per month for in online classes.

Prices vary for Personal Training.

We ask that you at least take 90 days to commit to your new lifestyle.
