We are so excited for Silo Days 2022! ----------------------------WHEN IS SILO DAYS 2022?------------------------------- Silo Days will be held on Saturday June 11, 2022, 10 am to 4 pm. If for some reason the weather does not allow the event to happen, we unfortunately will NOT be able to reschedule because there are no other available dates due to weddings . All rental fees are non refundable. --------------------------------STILL INTERESTED----------------------------------- On to Terms and Conditions, By submitting this application, you agree to hold The KY Plantation LLC, dba Silo Farms (hereinafter referred to as Silo Farms) harmless (all persons connected with the management of SILO FARMS) from all claims and to agree and adhere to the following rules and regulations. By submitting an application and payment, you agree to release and discharge The KY Plantation LLC, dba Silo Farms (hereinafter referred to as Silo Farms) from all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, or claims to your personal property. All vendors will be provided a 10' X 10' space outdoors for $25.00. Vendors will need to provide their own table, chairs, tent, etc. All tents must be staked or weighted down. Please dispose of any trash during the show. Trash receptacles will be provided throughout the venue. There will also be a dumpster on site. You are responsible to clean and dispose of any trash from your booth space before you leave. ----------------------------------------SET UP--------------------------------------- Begins Saturday, June 11th from 7:30 am - 9:30 am. Vehicles must be moved to the designated vendor parking lot at the front corner of the grounds before by 9:45am. Breakdown of your booth must be completed by 5pm Saturday June 11,22. Only items listed on your application may be sold within your booth area. SILO CATERING & SILO BAR will be the only business selling food and beverages at Silo Farms. Silo farms reserves the right TO REFUSE ANY VENDOR DUE TO UNPROFESSIONALISM OR INAPPROPIATE MERCHANDISE. Silo Days DOES NOT allow consignment goods or yard sale type material. Antique items and relics are allowed and welcome.
