To register for accessible facilities at the Woodford Folk Festival you will need to complete this Registration Form. Please note: You may not be able to utilise our accessible facilities if you do not register prior.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS: 8TH DECEMBER.
Please check in with the gate team when you arrive so they can direct you to your site.
General Information
A medical certificate or documentation is now required for all accessibility applications. Please attach it when completing the form.
Woodford Folk Festival Accessible Camping area is located close to the precinct entrance.
You may also choose to stay in Tent City. Please visit www.tentcityhire.com.au for information and pricing. It is located a little further away from the other accessible area but is still in a convenient location.

No power will be supplied to any tent
ALL extension leads need to be tested and tagged
All Caravans/RVs/Motorhomes need to have a current electrical safety certificate
Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will result in no electrical supply to your camp.
Arrival procedures
When you arrive at the festival for the first time, proceed through the Drive-Thru ticketing gates to receive your wristband in exchange for your e-ticket, please advise the gate staff that you are camping in the accessible area. If you have registered with us for accessible camping prior to the festival then, you will be able to camp in the Accessible Camping area within the Camping grounds. Follow the signs or ask our friendly traffic attendants to guide you to the Accessible Camp area. You will be allocated a campsite by the Access Support team, please check-in with them in their office on arrival to the accessible camping area.
Please ensure your Accessible Vehicle Pass is displayed whilst on-site.
If your situation changes, please contact us to correct your details or cancel your accessible camping registration.
