In connection with my/our reservation and purchase of the Property, I/ we would like the purchase to be registered as follows:

I/We hereby certify that all information indicated in the Buyer's Information Sheet are valid, true, correct and complete and that the signature/ appearing herein belong/s to me/ us and is/ are genuine and binding upon me/us.

I/We hereby authorize Sta. Lucia Realty & Development Inc./Sta. Lucia Land Inc. and its internal and external representatives to conduct an independent verification/validation of any information by me/us in this Buyer's Information Sheet or in any other documents submitted to Sta. Lucia Realty & Development Inc. / Sta. Lucia Land Inc. and to coordinate with or obtain any relevant information provided from various government agencies or private institutions for this purpose. 

I/We understand that the approval of this purchase is solely discretionary upon Sta. Lucia Realty & Development, Inc. / Sta. Lucia Land Inc. and that non-disclosure/falsificatior of any information shall be sufficient ground for the disapproval of my/our purchase and/or privileges.

I/ We undertake to promptly notify Sta. Lucia Realty & Development Inc./Sta. Lucia Land Inc. in writing should there be a change in any of the information which I/we provided herein, I/we hold Sta. Lucia Realty & Development nc./Sta. Lucia Land Inc. free and harmless from all legal and actual consequences of my/our failure to update and formally notify of any change in the above-provided info. 

I/ We also warrant that the funds used and to be used in purchasing the Property is, has been, and will be obtained through legitimate means and do not and will not constitute all or part of the proceeds of any unlawful activity under applicable laws.

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, I/ Twe authorize and give my/our consent to STA. LUCIA REALTY & DEVELOPMENT,INC.& STA. LUCIA LAND, INC. (SLLI) (collectively referred to as "the Companies") to collect, store, transmit, use, distribute, disclose, share, retain, dispose, destroy, and process my/ou Personal Information and/or Sensitive Personal or Privileged Information contained in my/or Buyer's Information Sheet or any other form or documents that have or will submit to the Companies, whether manually or electronically, pursuant to my/ our business/ (contractual relationship with the Companies and for any of the following purposes:

1.To administer all sales related documentation, bank mortgage and for collection purposes;

2.To process my/ our complaint/s and other customer service-related requests;

3.To be included in sales & marketing activities and shared with their accredited marketing arms, affiliates, joint venture partners and authorized third parties;

4.To be included in the list of lot owners/homeowners/memben of Homeowners Association and shared with property management company, affiliates and duly organized Homeowners Association; 

5.To be a respondent in the Companies' research, profiling and data analytics to improve customer experience;

6. To call and/ or send me/us letters/emails from time to time, to offer promotional deals and marketing materials regarding the projects and services of the Companies;

7.To call and/ or send me/us letters/emails to explore the possibility of resale involving the property that I/we have purchased from the Companies;

I/We understand that the sharing of my/our personal/sensitive personal/privileged information may be required to complete a transaction with the Companies, address and handle my/our account, for referrals, references, for sales and marketing purposes, cross-selling offers and for any legal or regulatory needs or requests, as needed.

I/We understand that in the event that my/our personal/sensitive personal/privileged information is requested to be disclosed to the Department of Human Settlements & Urban Development,the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, the Bureau of Internal Revenue and/or the National Privacy Commission or upon requests of any tribunal or lawfulordersofthe court, the Companies shall accede to it. am/ we are aware that the Companies shall not and is not in the business of selling the personal/sensitive personal/ privileged information of their customers/clients.

I/We understand that this authorization/consent shall continue to be in effect throughout the duration of my sales/business/contractual relationship with the Companies and/ or until expiration of the records' retention limit set by relevant laws and regulations and the period set until destruction and /or disposal of my/our records, unless I/we earlier withdraw my/our consent in writing.

I/We have read and understood and consent to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated above.
