Waiver and important information about participant.
If the participant that is using our services are under 16 years of age the parent/guardian will be signing on the behalf of the said participant. South coast skate club c.i.c/south coast skateboard events and its owners, directors, trustees, workers, employees, agents and volunteer's shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injury to the participant or other users around them as well as loss of property or damages to personal property while using our services. Parents/guardians and participants will assume full responsibility for injury's and damages which could occur with any activities organised by south coast skate club c.i.c/south coast skateboard events, he, she or they fully accept that skateboarding can be a dangerous sport and accept that they do so at their own risk and by signing this document the participant therefore fully accept the terms and conditions written out in this waiver to forever release south coast skate club c.i.c/south coast skateboard events or any of its agents affiliated with south coast skate club c.i.c/south coast skateboard events from any responsibility of damages physically or otherwise while involved in activates organised by south coast skate club c.i.c/south coast skateboard events, payed or otherwise, therefore hold harmless south coast skate club c.i.c/south coast skateboard events and all faculties, landlords, building owners and indoor venues that south coast skate club c.i.c/south coast skateboard events use or may use in the future for classes or other activities linked to south coast skate club c.i.c/south coast skateboard events Any persons or person that come to activities do so at their own risk, skateboarding can be a dangerous activities and there is the possibility of injury resulting in cuts bruises, broken bones, paralysis and even death and other such injuries. when working in outside spaces or other skateparks, we check the area of the skatepark to make sure its is clear from debris, we also run risk assessments before starting any new project. Dale lay is the head coach of south coast skate club c.i.c/south coast skateboard events and is first aid trained, skateboard GB accredited, DBS checked and fully insured. Dale lay runs the indoor lessons and 121 lessons or other private group lessons of up to the ratio of 1 to 8, with out an assistant this is our ratio. Therefore south coast skate club c.i.c/south coast skateboard events and its agents take no responsibility from past, present or future injuries, accidents and loss of property and damages that may be a result of coming to any activities organised by south coast skate club c.i.c/south coast skateboard events. We always ask that if the participant(s) is under 16 that they wear a helmet while being taught by us, By signing below you are agreeing to all of the above and stating that you are physically fit and able to take part in the activity listed above and do so at your own risk.
