Basic FAQ
The Stephenson County Fair Association will provide a basic audio system for use by the presenters including speakers, amplifiers, CD/Cassette player, 24-channel mixing console, equalizers, up to five monitors, assorted wired microphones, stands and cables. Performers requiring specialized equipment are responsible to provide that equipment. Adequate 110V electrical outlets to power performers’ equipment to be provided by the Stephenson CountyFair Association.
Performers are expected to utilize the stage provided in the Entertainment and Rest tent.
Performers will provide their own musical instruments or other props pertinent to the performance.
Due to the nature of the performance environment, audio levels (volume) must be kept to anacceptable level as not to interfere with activities of other performers or vendors near the Entertainment and Rest tent. This level will be determined by Fair Officials.
All material is to be suitable for family enjoyment. Profane language will not be tolerated. Violations could result in termination of performance and forfeiture of compensation.
Each performer in your group will receive one (1) Day Pass for entry to the fairgrounds on the day of your performance. Other passengers in your vehicles will be required to purchase admission tickets.
