INSTRUCTIONS – SUBMITTING ELECTRONIC BIDS
The Bidder is requested to submit an electronic bid in the form of a firm Lump Sum/Unit Rate Proposal for the decommissioning and demolition of the former industrial brownfields facility located at 101 Vitamin Drive off Hwy 421 in Pender County, North Carolina (Site) in accordance with all the requirements stipulated in the Bid Specification and documents. Electronic Bid means the bidder, in response to the advertised invitation to bid, submits all documentation as required in the bid package only through an electronic process. Be sure to submit all of the required documentation and bid forms required in the document.

Sealed Bid Confidentiality – The confidentiality of the sealed bid system is secure. At no time before Bid Opening can anyone see your electronic bid.
Confidentiality of Identity – When questions are asked and answered, bidder identity is not disclosed to other bidders.
