For occasion pin orders, a 2-3 week notice prior to the date of event is REQUIRED to ensure adequate creation time and delivery. Failure to inquire in advance could result in your order being delayed.

Turnaround time for all orders is approximately 1-3 weeks depending on order volume.

If you need your order expedited, we offer a rush order fee for an additional $20.
