Note: Memberships are processed once per week. Your application must be received by a given Monday to get membership before a show the following weekend. Memberships are valid for the year starting January 1 and ending December 31.
· The annual membership fee is $25.00 per horse/rider combination.
· Membership must be received prior to an event to earn points at that event.
· Required to bring a current coggins for us to copy and keep on file.
· Understand that if any violation of rules at a given show will result in forfeiture of ALL points from that event.
· Horse show management reserves the right to refuse or revoke any membership due to un-sportsman like conduct or animal abuse.
· Members must complete 1 hour of volunteer work at any of HCEC shows during the year. Members must sign in an out with the office staff to have work hours recorded. Duties may be worked by member or immediate family for youth members.
