  • RESCHEDULE MY WINDOW CLEANING!

  • Please Note our cancellation policy for changes/reschedules/cancellations within 48 and 24 business hours of service (M-F). Unfortunately, it has become necessary to become more strict about enforcing this policy.

    When we receive less than 48 hours notice, it is very difficult for us to book other work for our crew for that time. With less than 24 hours, it is sometimes impossible. This leads to significant loss in revenue, and loss of income for our crew as well. We want our employees to feel that their income is stable and can be relied upon, otherwise they will look elsewhere for work. Please help us by giving us at least 48 hours when you want to change or cancel an appointment. This includes changing your appointment from a full cleaning, to an outside only cleaning. We certainly understand when true medical emergencies hit, it is difficult to give us much notice, but if we can minimize this to only medical emergency events, it would be extremely helpful to us.

    With that being said, we will be charging a $50 change or reschedule fee with under 48 business hours of notice, and a $150 cancellation fee with under 24 business hours of notice for events NOT related to a medical emergency. Our office is open M-F, so canceling or changing Mon/Tues appointments on the weekend would not constitute 24 or 48 hours notice. A Deposit will be required for future cleanings for last minute changes.

    Please understand that these fees do not begin to cover the loss of revenue, but will help us pay our employees something for their lost time. 

    We do NOT cancel or reschedule appointments due to Weather Forecasts or for Rain Showers. Rain dries clear on clean glass, and most of the time we are able to work around the weather. It will not impact the cleaning itself. We track the weather in your specific area for the time of your appointment and will contact you if we feel we cannot complete the work due to safety issues. Please do not reschedule due to the forecast. It is rare that we cannot get the work done due to the weather, but please let us do our jobs and make that decision, if needed.
