RESELLER / OWNER DECLARATION
Reseller refers to a person or entity (e.g. Trade Store or Home Builder) buying the Water Tank directly from Kingspan for the purpose of selling it to someone else.

Owner refers to the person or entity who is buying the Water Tank from the Reseller for use on their property once installed.

For Warranty and Service purposes we require the Owner’s name and contact details completed below.
The Reseller/Owner understands that manufacture of the Water Tank will not commence until this Declaration is signed and returned to Kingspan. If the Reseller is NOT on an account, all deposits must also have been paid.

The Owner agrees:
- the terms contained in this declaration are in addition to Kingspan’s General Terms & Conditions of Sale;
- they have received and understood the Pad Specifications provided by Kingspan;
- at their own expense and prior to installation of the Water Tank, to prepare the Water Tank Pad on which the Water Tank is to be installed in accordance with the Pad Specifications provided by Kingspan.
- at their own expense, to arrange for the tank to be filled with suitable water to at least 10% of its holding capacity. This step must be completed on the day of installation and prior to Kingspan installation staff leaving the site;
- at their own expense, to create an 800mm exclusion zone, 80-100mm deep, with 20mm aggregate (no clay or concrete) around the tank within one week of installation.
- once an installation date for the Water Tank has been agreed, to notify Kingspan immediately of any changes to that date due to delays or other changes in the Owner’s circumstances.
- Should Kingspan or its Contractor reasonably determine the Pad has not been prepared in accordance with its instructions, charges for agreed remediation and/or a demobilisation and later return to site will be incurred by the Owner. Such charges may exceed $1,500 inc GST;
The Owner agrees that Kingspan may store their contact details in accordance with its Privacy Policy and may contact them from time to time to discuss warranty & maintenance issues, provide maintenance advice and/or offer maintenance services:
All personal information stored by Kingspan is stored in accordance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

If this Declaration is completed by a Reseller, the Reseller acknowledges that Kingspan’s Owner’s Manual (inc. Warranty Terms & Conditions) will be provided to the Owner by the Reseller at the earliest opportunity and agrees to obligations a. to g. above in substitution for the Owner.
