Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment I need to do so with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If I do not cancel my appointment within the requested time frame, I understand a fee representing $25 for each service missed will be added to my profile and must be paid before I book another appointment. For example, if you were booked for a cut and color service, the cancellation penalty would be $50. If I do not show up at all without notice I will be charged the full service amount.
