We charge a non-refundable $50 concierge fee, including one destination and three resorts, or two destinations with two resorts. We advise you not to pay the fee unless youare  ready to plan your vacation within that month.  For example, if you are planning to travel in January and you contacted us in September, but you aren't ready to plan until October, we will wait until October to pay the fee. After we receive the payment, we will send a quick quote, then we will curate a proposal based on your final decision within 48-72 hours and schedule a proposal consultation; however, international travel will take an estimated 5 days due to the process of extensive research and contacting vendors.  We will send a link to schedule an appointment to view the proposal before sending the proposal.  During the appointment, we will send a proposal to answer any questions regarding the proposal. For group trips of 15 or more passengers, a non-refundable $120 concierge fee.

A travel planning service invoice will be sent after we receive the completed travel questionnaire form. 

Prices are subject to change in every proposal. 

 For last-minute vacations within the same month, please allow 24 hours unless we find a deal under 24 hours. A fee of $65 will be required for a last-minute vacation

Personalized Quotes

I.S.D  ask that you allow 2 – 3 business days depending on the destination for a response with quotes to the email address you provide below. This will allow me enough time to create a personalized quote based on your desired destination and the given budget information. I will notify you via telephone or email if I take longer than 2-3 business days.  I.S.D will send a quick quote with three resort then send a full proposal based on your final decision. 

Quotes are ONLY good for 48 hours once they have been delivered to you for review, BUT aren't guaranteed until booked. Prices are subject to change until the deposit is paid.

STEP 4

SECURE YOUR Vacation Investment 

To secure the quoted price, most vendors require a deposit and/or full payment at the time of the price quote. Being "Deposit Ready" when you receive your quote is very important. 

Once prices are confirmed and you are ready to proceed with the purchase, a Credit Card Authorization will be sent requesting authorization to process your payment. We accept debit, major credit cards, and pre-paid cards such as cash app cards. We don't accept checks, wire transfers, cash, cash app, or Zelle.

The authorization form will need to be COMPLETED the same day If the form isn't completed immediately another form will be sent with an updated quote.
