The below form is used by CHH Players, Parents or Spectators to report unsatisfactory behaviour by CHH Players or Parents during CHH Events.

CHH strives to provide a competitive environment that is free from abuse, cheating and disruption/hinderance for all players, parents and spectators.

All reports will be considered and investigated, please note that the reported offending player will be contacted to hear their side of the story and further details/clarification may be sought from all involved parties before disciplinary action is considered by the CHH in accordance with CHH Rules and Regulations.

What was said by involved parties? If swearing was involved in the incident was it directed at themselves or towards you or someone else? If the offender was swearing was it following a particularly competitive point?
