Group Classes Details:
In case of inclement weather, outdoor classes will be postponed or held on Zoom. Remember to check your email for an update about 2 hrs prior to your class start time.Glebe outdoor classes are located at Glebe Collegiate Institute parking lot.Glebe indoor classes are held at the community center (GNAG CC) & registration is handled by GNAG. For classes at GNAG, proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 will be required for all human participants born before January 2009.Some sessions will have virtual (Zoom or similar platform) as well as in-person classes.We are respecting current OPH COVID-19 guidelines.A minimum of 4 registrations are required to run a class with a maximum of 6 per instructor.Class length is 45 min with 15 min after class for questions and socializing.

I acknowledge the above and agree to continue with the classmy dog's vaccinations are up to date and in accordance with Ontario laws. For puppies under 4 months I have at least 1 set of immunizations completed.I confirm that my dog has NO history of biting or aggression towards other dogs or people
