Click “Save” to save your proposal and continue working on it later. You will be prompted to create a free Jotform account or log in to JotForm if you already have an account. After you click “Save” make sure you have received an email with a link to continue your form or click “Get Sharable Link” and save the link provided before navigating away from the page.
When you are ready to submit, use the “Submit” button. After you submit a copy of your completed Proposal Form will be emailed to the primary contact email entered above and your Jotform account if you have one. Please review your proposal before submitting. Proposals cannot be revised after they are submitted.
No proposals will be reviewed prior to January 31, 2022. There is no advantage to submitting a proposal earlier. After January 31, 2022, proposals will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis.
In order to support applicants in submitting the best possible proposals, support staff will be available to answer questions during scheduled “office hours.” The support team will also present several webinars about the process.
