Magination Video Productions, LLC takes the utmost care with respect to capturing video and audio of you event.

Video:

Because of the nature of live event filming MVP doesn’t have any control over the lighting used on stage. If the stage area is dark then the video will be darker because camera lenses are not as sensitive as human eyes to subtle shifts or variations in luminance color. A well lit stage will provide you with a better overall video.

Audio:

MVP may use either wired or wireless microphones, plug into the house audio system or a combination of all three to capture audio from your event.

Program Book - Digital or Physical Copy:

If you have a program book that has advertising space, we would like to receive at least a half page or full page ad at no cost. We can provide either ad artwork or you may use a blank order form that we use for your event.

Final Product:

We have moved to an all-Digital Format for our events. We will no longer be producing DVDs in house, as we are working with a third-party company for duplicating DVDs with custom DVD printing and cover artwork. This will be an add on service for all events, if your studio requires DVDs. We are making some of these changes due to Cell Phones and people recording the shows and their individual dances only which is affecting sales on our end. We are moving to an Everyone Gets the Event at a set price for all our High Schools and Studios. Going digital allows everyone to have the best quality of video at their fingertips to show off to their friends and family anywhere they go, so that ALL students can have this memory forever.

If you have a studio logo and/or program cover available, MVP may use either or both graphics for use in editing your shows. In order for MVP to provide you with this complimentary service, studio logos and /or event programs must be provided at no charge. If you are able to get those to us before the recital that will work as we can go ahead and begin building any graphics we will need for before editing after the show.

Travel:

MVP is located in Waco, Texas and we travel all over the state filming dance studios and school events. There may be a small travel fee for some out of town travel. This will be discussed prior to the event if necessary.

Delivery of Final Product:

Delivery time of final edited videos vary. In most cases the turn around time is 2-6 weeks. All complete edited final Digital masters of your recital will be archived here at the MVP offices.
