Student Life & Formation Leadership Application
  • Dear Applicant,

    Thank you for your interest in leading for one of the various groups within Student Leadership & Formation (SLAF) for the '22-'23 school year!

    Plan on setting aside between 20-30 minutes to fill out this application in its entirety.  It is important that you pay attention to following dates/requirements as they pertain to any of the open leadership positions for next year.

    If you're planning to apply for multiple positions, you only need to apply once; however, it is important to first choose your top choice and then indicate where you'd also like to apply.

    ALL student leaders commit to the following if they are invited to join a leadership team with SLAF:

    • Student Leadership and Formation Retreat (on-campus): August 19th-21st
    • Job specific training (on-campus): August 22nd - 25th
    • New Student Orientation (NSO): August 26th & 27th
    • Active participation and attendance in weekly training meetings (leadership meetings are mandatory and most groups meet on Monday nights).
    • Recruiting and leading fellow students
    • Support and encouragement of your fellow student leaders
    • Being a part of the overall Office of Student Life and Formation leadership team and actively participating in LEAD opportunities throughout the year.
