This form is for data collection related to onboarding new properties into the Clay Realty Company fold. If you have received this form link from your property manager please fill it out to the best of your ability to aid in the transition of taking your properties under management. If you have any questions please reach out to your property manager, Langdon, at 919-604-4650. Also- this form might take 10-15 minutes of your time when all is said and done.
