- I take full responsibility for ensuring the safety of the passengers I carry at all times.
- Any vehicle damage, loss or accidents involved in will be repaired and covered by my insurer and/or the cost will be fully reimbursed to the church.
- I will ensure to upkeep the cleanliness of the vehicle and a sufficient level of fuel after each use.
- I understand that the use of the Church Vehicles is strictly for service and not personal use.
- I understand that a Parish Priest may revoke my Driver Authority for misuse or a breach of the conditions.
