  • A few things to keep in mind:

    • Crawfish price varies throughout the season based on many conditions, estimates are based on previous year pricing for the date you select, final price could vary slightly
    • We have a minimum of 500lbs of crawfish (or 500lbs total protein) for our onsite boils and delivery catering packages 
    • Our north Texas events average 2-3 pounds of crawfish per person
    • A 50% deposit is required to reserve a boil trailer for your date
