POLICIES:

$20 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required for every appointment.

• Deposit applies to remaining balance. Remaining balance is due the day of appointment with CASH ONLY.

LATE POLICY

*Please let me know you are running late.

10 Mins late = additional $10 LATE FEE and will cut into your lash time. Be sure to leave early to find parking, I am not responsible if you are late due to looking for parking.
15 Mins late = cancelled appointment and charged remaining balance of your appointment. (no exceptions)

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointments can be rescheduled one time before 24 hours of your appointment through the link in your confirmation email. If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit is required.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you’ll be charged for the full service.
Failure to comply to the policy can cause your appointment to be rescheduled and/or canceled.
Failure to send payment within 1 hour of cancellation, client will no longer be able to book further appointments.

I am 18 years old or older. If under the age of 18, I have parent guardian permission to receive eyelash extensions, and attend/pay for my lash appointment. *

I understand that in rare occasions there are risks associated with having artificial eyelashes and eyelash extensions applied to or removed from my natural eyelashes. I further understand that in l' l rare cases as part of the procedure, eye irritation and discomfort could occur. I agree that if I experience any of these conditions with my lashes, I will contact the certified professional that performed this procedure and it may beneficial to have the eyelashes removed.

I understand and consent to having my eyes closed and covered for the duration of approximately 60-240 minute procedure until my technician addresses me to open my eyes. Times may vary depending on the type and number of eyelashes applied.

I understand and agree to the after-care instructions provided by the certified eyelash extension professional for the use and care of my eyelash extensions. I realize and accept the consequences of failure to adhere to these instructions may cause the eyelash extensions to fall out and/or decrease the time the lashes will last.
